Swiveling and pivoting shackle head
- Allows correct alignment & easy attachment of pulley block.

Swiveling and pivoting shackle head
- Simple, secure holding of rope. Just pull the line through the cleat jaws. Jaws prevent the line slipping back out.
- Flick the rope up out of jaws to release.
